From drawing to finished part

Drawing and quote
We receive your drawing or specification, plan the manufacturing process and prepare a quote.

Cutting blanks
Gas cutting of sheet material on a 2000 × 6000 mm working area and cutting of profiles.

Welding
Fitting on DEMMELER welding tables and MIG/MAG and TIG welding.

Machining
Milling and turning on CNC machining centres with up to 4000 mm of travel.

Inspection and delivery
Dimensional inspection against the drawing and delivery to the customer.
