What data we process

Inquiry form: the name, company, email, phone and message you enter.
Technical data: IP address and browser data needed to protect the form against spam and to keep the website secure.

Purposes and legal basis

Replying to your inquiry and preparing a quote – based on your consent and on steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Protecting the website and the form against abuse – based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

We use providers that process data on our behalf:

Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting, spam protection (Turnstile) and anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics;
Resend – delivery of inquiries to our mailbox.

Where data is transferred outside the European Union, this happens under appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Retention

We keep inquiries as long as needed to reply and for any resulting contractual relationship. Inquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 2 years of the last communication.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics are anonymous and cookie-free. YouTube videos and the Google Maps map load only after you click their button – from then on, Google’s privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to nakmash@mail.bg.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
