Welded structures
Large welded structures, mainly for the automotive industry and machine building.
We manufacture welded structures, mainly for the automotive industry:
- bases for deep-hole drilling machines;
- bases for milling machines;
- frames for eccentric and hydraulic presses;
- additional and custom equipment to customer specifications.
Blanks are cut on a Pierces RUR2500G gas cutting machine with a 2000 × 6000 mm working area and fitted on DEMMELER welding tables. When needed, the structure is machined on our CNC machining centres.
